This Privacy Policy describes how Emergent.D ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information when you use our mobile application. We believe in complete transparency and privacy-by-design.

The short version: We do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal data. Your game progress is stored locally on your device or via your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. We do not have access to your personal information.

2. Data Collection and Use

2.1. No Personal Data Collection

We do not collect, transmit, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, physical address, email address, phone number, or photos. We do not require you to create an account with us to use the application.

2.2. No Behavioral Tracking or Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel) to track your behavior, device usage, or location. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising identifiers (IDFA).

2.3. Location Data

We do not request, collect, or access your device’s precise or approximate location data.

3. Apple Services and Game Center

This application uses Apple’s GameKit services to provide features such as leaderboards and achievements.

• Game Center: If you choose to sign in to Game Center, Apple may collect and process data related to your game activity (scores, achievements, and gameplay duration) in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy.

• Data Control: We (the developer) do not store this data on external servers. All Game Center data is managed directly by Apple and associated with your Apple ID. We do not have the ability to view your personal identity or contact information through these services.

4. Data Storage

All application data, including save files, world states, and settings, is stored locally on your device. If you delete the application, this data may be permanently lost unless you have enabled iCloud backups for your device.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our application is designed to be safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete it.
